Hmm... I guess you could see it as masochistic act, but that would be a bit... limiting, in terms of a reason?

For some, it sure is, but for others, I feel as if it is much more complex than that.

This piece is a cool one, anyway. I like the way you have phrased things and I think it's awesome how thought-provoking it is as well.

It's a six word story, I can't get very complex with it even though it is a complex subject.

Everyone has their reasons for staying in a relationship, just as the woman in this story has hers.

But either way, I'm glad you like it.
